1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Repify (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Repify.
2. Your account
You need an account to save reps, track progress and build workouts. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Usernames must be unique and must not impersonate others or contain offensive language. We may remove or reset a username that breaches this.
3. Free trial and paid plans
New accounts include a 14-day Repify+ trial. Payment collection is not yet enabled, so you can create an account and use your trial without entering card details and without being charged. When paid subscriptions launch we will tell you in advance, and you will only be charged if you choose to subscribe at that point.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no attempting to break security or access other users' data, no automated scraping or bulk data extraction, no reselling or redistributing Repify content, and no unlawful, abusive or infringing activity.
5. Microphone and audio
Some trainers use your device microphone to analyse pitch and timing. Audio is processed in your browser in real time for feedback. We do not record or upload your audio. Only the resulting rep data (such as target note, verdict and timing) is saved to your account.
6. Content and ownership
Repify, including its trainers, exercises, design and code, is owned by us and licensed to you for personal practice use. You keep ownership of anything you create, such as your custom workouts.
7. Availability and changes
We are actively developing Repify, so features may change, be added or be removed. We aim to keep the Service running reliably but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using Repify at any time and ask us to delete your account and data. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
9. Liability
Repify is a practice tool provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
